With over 20 years of experience in retail leadership and operations, I help boutique businesses increase profitability by strengthening their people, leadership, and systems. My work is grounded in real-world experience, not theory.
Cori's Background in Business & Leadership
Before becoming a business coach and consultant, I spent more than two decades working in retail leadership, holding roles at every level of the business. I’ve worked on the floor, led teams, managed stores, supported districts, and partnered at the company level as a trainer and people developer.
I’ve opened new stores, trained leaders, built teams from the ground up, and supported businesses through growth, transition, and scale. My experience includes working with well-known retail brands as well as boutique-style businesses that rely heavily on culture, customer experience, and strong leadership to succeed.
Alongside my corporate and operational experience, I’ve helped women start and grow their own businesses across a variety of industries. This includes supporting women in launching and scaling travel businesses, financial coaching practices, yoga and wellness companies, real estate businesses, and other service-based ventures. I understand what it takes to build something from the ground up and how to move from vision to execution.
